I am a dedicated scientific researcher driven by a profound interest in translating the world around us into measurable patterns. I believe that understanding these patterns is key to discovering phenomena that can be harnessed to develop tools beneficial to society. My overarching passion lies in exploring how interdisciplinary approaches—combining hardware, software, and biology—can address complex, real-world challenges.
Previously, as a Scientific Assistant at ETH Zürich, I developed advanced neural networks for analyzing mitochondrial dynamics and conducted data analyses in transcriptomics. I hold a Master's in Neuroscience from the University of Geneva (where I graduated with distinction) and a Bachelor's in Biotechnology from R.V. College of Engineering (awarded Best Outgoing Student). Over the course of my career, I've contributed as a Research Assistant at NCCR Synapsy by developing AI for autism screening, as a Technical Student at CERN contributing to distributed computing frameworks, and as a co-founder of the EPFL startup NeuralWorks. When I'm not in the lab, you can usually find me skateboarding, kayaking, snowboarding, or playing the guitar.
